SHIPPING LOCATIONS: We ship to all US States, Territories, APO Boxes, and Canada.

PACKAGING: When possible, we use recycled packaging because the world doesn't need more boxes and we get to focus on bringing more home decor to you!

IN STOCK ITEMS  We are a super small business and while we try to ship as fast as possible, it could take up to 14 days before your package is actually shipped. Yes, Amazon has a ruined us all.

BACKORDERS We work hard to ensure items are in stock with our supply partners, but occasionally an item may be backordered. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our partners. A cancellation cannot be processed due to backorder if the manufacturer has confirmed the order. We will alert you as soon as possible if an item is backordered.

PREORDERS will be placed once we meet acceptable order minimums. You will be contacted once the order has been placed and again when we have shipping information. If an item is preorder, it will be noted in the product description.

CUSTOM ORDERS Custom furniture and oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers which have extended processing and delivery times. Lead times are stated on the product page. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email regarding your shipment and carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between 9-5pm. Rural areas may have reduced delivery windows due to limited routes and may take longer than usual. Our items ship LTL or by Fed-ex freight and are left curbside or door step. At this time, we do not offer white glove delivery.

LOCAL PICK UP & DELIVERY All items within our Belmont warehouse are eligible for free pick up. Free Local delivery is available for orders over $100 within 25 miles of 28012. Delivery beyond 25 miles is charged at $1 per mile. A bill will be sent before delivery.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY OPTIONS At this time we only offer standard delivery.

FREE SHIPPING  All orders over $150 ship free. We occasionally run free shipping promotions on certain items. Past purchases are not eligible for shipping refunds.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING At this time we only ship to Canada internationally.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES All shipments and deliveries are carried out via third party delivery companies. Crane & Home is not responsible for damages during shipment.

LEAD TIMES We update our website with estimated shipping time frames as often as possible. Lead times are approximate and subject to change. Any changes in lead times after your order will be communicated via email. Lead times are strictly quoted as production time only and do not include transit time. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for delivery. If multiple items are ordered together, the full order will ship once all items are completed unless stated that item will ship separately. To check on the status of your order at any time, simply log into your account.

SHIPPING RATES We calculate shipping rates based on the original retail price/full order value. Shipping carriers are chosen based on price and quickest delivery to you. Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped due to COVID-19, increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control.
