• A plush poly insert is 100% cotton outer fabric and filled with a high quality poly plush filling. This pillow insert is Made in the USA. This pillow insert has a soft pliable feel that can be molded - it holds the desired "karate chop" pleat at the top.
• Down Alternative - this is a high quality lush cozy down alternative insert that give the look and feel of true down without the allergens aspects of down. This holds the desired "karate chop" pleat beautifully as well.
• The main difference is the down alternative is a heavier weight pillow so has more of the weight of a true down feather pillow. Both options are high quality and beautiful.
